Very good, simple and easy to use

A very simple but elegant design and interface. I love having access to my Fuel Rewards from the app. A must have app for customers who prefer the quality of Shell fuels. Great work Shell! Please continue to update and keep it fresh.

Just found out exactly how this actually works & Im loving it I see the difference in saving already on gas expenses very helpful thank you.

My car runs better on Shell gas. I am committed to using Shell fuel whenever possible and even willing to drive a reasonable distance out of the way to use their gas. I love the app because it takes you right to the nearest station. I also use the Drive For 5 gas card and get .05 back per gallon which is a win since I am already committed to the brand.

This can be useful: when theres a good enough signal, it can help find the nearest Shell station. Sometimes it sends offers for extra points, which are always good to receive. Often, it gives an accurate account of my drivers club points. But just as often, if fails to do any of these things, or just crashes altogether. Mostly the front page shows a map of the nearest station, but the scale of the map is so small that is goes as far south as Lagos and east to the Urals, with the Persian Gulf in the bottom right. Thats not much use for finding the nearest station in Liverpool. Recently, points offers have not been delivered, and I have sometimes had to delete and re-install the app to get. My points updated. Shell can do better than this.

I recently took a trip and purchased some Shell gas cards ($50 for $40). I downloaded this app to help find stations along my route but after going through the setup I went ahead and deleted it without using it. There are only 2 options for Allowing the app access to my location, Never or always. Why? I have other apps that have the only when running option but not this one. There is no need for the app to know my location when not in use.

I deleted the app because it did not show gas prices.

This app is so terrible that I thought about killing myself. In fact, Ive never even written a review about an app but I felt compelled because its so bad. Multiple times Ive followed the directions to a Shell station that did not exist or was closed. The most pathetic part about my life is that I only use Shell V-Power in all of my vehicles. Im considering changing providers because of the awful experiences that Ive had with this app.

I live in middle of a desert and drive a diesel. I want to be able to plan fuel stops for stations that have diesel. The app will no longer allow one to enter a route to find stations. The app only finds stations near one’s present position. This is only marginally helpful when in town. Is useless for cross-country driving.

Overall this application has a lot of information concerning fuel and different grades. Most of the station locations are accurately posted. It is difficult for travelers to know how much gas prices are in a certain area if moving.

Useless app. Please give more feature like login to shell smart club.

PayPal pay not available in the U.S. So what is the point of this app in the U.S. ?

This app is almost impossible to use because it demands that you register and log in to some type of system that allows you to pay for gas in a stupidly complex way. Downloaded it to find shell stations on motorcycle trips. Not helpful but free.

By the time the app refreshes and returns stations, I have already given up and googled stations by me faster. Also, the only option for it to work is to enable location always. There is no option for only while using, and zip/city searches never work.

Very mediocre. Not all stations are listed. Hours and phone numbers are not listed. Very limited search range, so when traveling, difficult to plan for stops.

Ive yet to get gas at a shell that accepts my rewards card.

I zoom on an area where I know there to be Shell stations. I click on "Show stations in this area." The app doesnt show me a thing. Worthless. Deleted!

Driving on the freeway in torrential rain, we needed to find a Shell station. The app was downloaded and in only moments we were directed to a local station. I cant believe Ive ever traveled without this app. Easy to use. Highly recommended.
